    Xbox Wont power on


    Ive tried contacting with Microsoft with no response, so if anyone can help I would appreciate it. My Xbox One will not power on. Ive gone through all the troubleshooting methods posted on Xbox Support and still wont power on. I haven't yet tried a new power
    supply, but it will power on and the led will be a solid orange until I plug it into the Xbox in which the led goes off and no power to the xbox. My main concern is that it mzay be the Console and not the power supply can anyone verify this? I appreciate
    any help and advice on this matter I just would like to get my xbox working again. Thanks in advance for any information.

    Solution 1: Reset your power supply

    Solution 2: Determine if your console is receiving power

    Solution 3: Check the status of your power supply unit

    Solution 4: Turn off Xbox One Instant-On power mode

    Solution 5: Make sure your Xbox One console and power supply are positioned correctly

    Solution 6: Plug your power supply directly into a wall outlet

    Solution 7: Other things to try

    Solution 8: Request a replacement power supply

    Xbox wont power on

    Do you have a friend that you could borrow their Power Supply to check? that way if its the power supply, you don't have to send the whole console back, and you would only be dealing with a PSU, hence no downloading of games over satellite....just an idea

    Hi PacDre88,

    From what I've seen it's usually the power supply. If you know anyone with an Xbox One, I would certainly take my console over there, and see if it powers up. If it doesn't then you know it's your console. If it does it's the power supply.

    Ok ill try that first was kinda my plan as well. I don't know about you guys but ive only got four or five friends with an Xbox One but i only hang out with one so i am going to test my xbox on his power supply on before i commit to buying one. or having
    Microsoft send me a new one. Thanks for the reply Hydro Skillet. Testing it tomorrow will let you know the results. thanks again for the help
