    XBOX WONT PLAY ONLINE


    My xbox wont play games online. It will load me into fortnite but put me straight on the bus, wont let me jump out, when it lets me jump out it either crashes or when I land everyone is invisible or I cant pick anything up then I
    die or it crashes. For battlefield 1, it gets on to the loading screen saying its found a sever, then it just backs me out to the menu saying I’ve lost connection to EA services. CoD doesnt work either. I tried reinstalling forntite but that didnt work, i
    tried resetting xbox aswell but that didnt work either, tried wired connection and wifi and both times multiplayer connection says its fine, help

    if your xbox live account is 13 then you still wont be allowed to play online as ea dont allow people under 13 to play their games online.

    try to restart the xbox and router/modem to see if that fixes the issue
