xbox wont play any of my downloaded games

hi, i recently moved from the uk to australia. i brought my xbox with me. now it wont let me join party with my friends, show me my ready to install list, althought the games i own on disc work just fine nd im able to play them online. player unknowns
battlegrounds also works which means that its not an issue with my network. i have been waiting in line for a chat with microsoft for over four hours now. all i want to do is speak to a technician at microsoft, is this too much to ask? why is it so hard to
get in touch wisupport team and not another gamer who doesnt have the access to the tools to see what potentially is the problem, rather than send me though the hoops of troubleshooting guides which have not made any difference to the problem. can anyone point
me in the correct direction?

Do you get any error code? Do you own these games or were you gamesharing?

Have you gone to your account at account.microsoft.com and changed your billing information there to Australia or do you still have it set to the UK?

All you have to do is, while the console is on, hold the power button for 10 seconds until turns off. Unplug the cord at all connection points for at least 15 seconds. Once that is done plug it in and power it up.
