xbox won't open anything

my xbox is lagging and won't to open any app or game and the setting when i open it give me error 0x8027025a this code in all apps with setting i tried (restart,unplug all things from xbox and plug it again , shutdown from button 10 sec and turn it on) all these things not worked it's still slow

Hi Shane,

I'm sorry to hear this issue is persisting. You may be able to perform the
Soft Factory Reset
keeping games and apps using the Xbox Startup Troubleshooter. To see if this option is available on your console, follow these steps:

Unplug the network cable if you're using a wired network connection.
Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the
EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the
Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the
BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

Next you'll choose to reset this Xbox -(while keeping games and apps)
IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Try performing the hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart
the console.

The xbox won't launch settings so I can't do a factory reset

Hey Shane thanks for taking the time to bring this issue to us!

We suggest a reset of the console (return to factory settings) since
the problem might be on the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a
Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

i checked it and all are true

and i reset the xbox and it's still work slowly

xbox work normally when i keep it work for 5 min or 10min after startup screen
