    Xbox wont open any thing


    Hello so my xbox all of the sudden has decided to not open or play anything. I cant play games and i cant even do simple things like open settings without it saying,”turn off your xbox then try again”. I have tried clearling local saved data, local saved
    360 data, clearing alternate mac address, going to different wifi but none of those have worked. I have also even resetted my xbox. Factory and the reset that keeps the games and apps. I have done the holding power button for 10 seconds method, unplugging
    xbox. Nothing works. Ive had this about a week. Please help

    Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this deal is concerning. If you have only done the one that keeps your games and apps, then it would be best for you to try the

    complete reset    . If that does not do the trick you might have to get your

    console serviced.

    When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

    xbox wont recognize the screen

    Hello, the xbox wont recognize that a screen is plugged in, and that leads to the controller wont connect to the xbox as player one, or any other player. So I cant do the Y + RT thing.

    I've tried, but the controller just wont send any signals to the xbox while that screen is hooked up to the xbox.

    Yeah since you opened the xbox one microsoft wont repair it anyway now (not even IF you payed) . They wont touch it with a ten foot rod. You also wont get any help here as discussion of self repair is against the forum rules
