    xbox won’t load


    when i turn my xbox on it takes about 5 mins to load when it’s on the green xbox screen then it takes me onto a grey page that says either restart xbox or reset xbox and i’m worried i will lose everything if i reset the xbox and i’ve already tried restarting the xbox but it just takes me back onto the same page, does anyone know why this is happening ?
