    Xbox won't load.


    My xbox won't load.. I stay stick at the green xbox screen for half an hour and then when it loads it's a black screen and I can't do anything.. I tried pretty much EVERYTHING but I'm open to suggestions I haven't tried yet.

    Xbox won't load.

    Hi JeszQc,

    When you start the Xbox One console, you expect to see the green Xbox startup animation screen. During the startup animation, your console runs a full system check on all hardware components, validating the firmware and the operating
    system. This is very similar to the way a PC starts. The startup animation screen can take several minutes before transitioning to the next screen. If the system check fails to run the startup animation three times in a row, the console is flagged by the system
    as “do not run.” This will block the startup animation from running, and in its place you'll see a black screen.

    Not sure what exacts steps you've tried since you didn't list any troubleshooting you have already tried but If you haven't tried an

    offline system update     I recommend trying that. Click on the link and follow the troubleshooter to complete the offline system update.

    If the issue continues after factory resets and the OSU, then you will need to send the console in for repair.
