    Xbox wont load up.


    My xbox switches on but wont connect to my tv. I have tried multiple HDMI leads and even tried a different tv. The store I got it from said I need to speak to xbox support to get a reference number for a repair but when I call the phone number or try to
    speak to someone online it says not available. Can anyone help me with this?

    It's probably a messed up Xbox One, if it wont load games, maybe see if it needs to get repaired?
