    Xbox won't load tiles


    So basically for the past couple of months my Xbox wouldn't be connected to the internet upon start up.

    The way I got it to connect was to test my connection and then the tiles, friends etc would appear.

    However now that's stopped working, I have to load up a game before it connects.

    Could anyone help with this please.

    A button input not working from 3 different controllers.

    Hi.

    The A button input from 3 separate Xbox One controllers is not working. The A button seems to be working as when I click on a tile to start a game, the tile blinks or flashes like I have pressed the A button but the game won't load.

    The same thing happens on other tiles too, like the settings tile: the tile will blink when I press the A button but it won't load the tile.

    One controller is 2 days old and it is having the same problem.

    I have tried re-syncing the controller and a hard reset (turn off), but this didn't work.

    Any ideas?

    (I don't have a mini-USB cable to update the controllers: where can I get one?)

    Mahjong Has Stop Loading

    My Mahjong won't load either. All its doing is the little tile going around and around. Says its loading but it isn't.
