    Xbox won't load properly


    Everytime I start my Xbox One it goes past green loading screen then it try's go my games and apps then cuts off to a black screen it's happened every since the last update the only way I can start games is with the Xbox Smartglass app

    spinning disc after ejecting

    My fifa disc keeps spinning after I eject it and the game won't load properly. The game works fine on my brother's xbox. Any suggestions? Thanks

    Problems connecting to forums?

    Sometimes it doesn't load properly but generally it's been getting better. The whole forums are buggy though, tonight it seems that half the Gamercards won't load.

    Are you part or the preview program? if so report it! Power cycle(hard reset) to see if that helps.

    Problem with latest Black Ops II DLC (Apocalypse) and license transfer.

    But why do the other DLC work? This is the only one that won't load properly, the others are fine.

    Hey Gaston!

    I would recommend trying a "soft factory reset" which means you would restore the console to factory settings but select the "keep my games and apps" option to avoid lengthy installation times. The steps for this are

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    . Keep in mind that this step will remove any and all profiles (Gamertags) from the console so you will need to know your Microsoft account primary email address and password to recover your accounts.

    Contact Xbox Customer Support     to review other available options.

    If you are unable to pull up the troubleshoot screen in this Guide
    Need help with system updates     Select offline update. Step 3 is getting the troubleshoot menu up Step 6 is getting the update from the website using a windows 10 pc and a usb drive. If unable to do from troubleshoot menu try the offline update.
