    my xbox one wont load any further than the green start up screen it just keeps loading what do i do ??

    Hey ProvableAlarm91! I would suggest giving a factory reset a try, to do so with a USB follow steps

    Sega Genesis came out freaking 25 YEARS AGO!!! and could boot from dead off to game start screen almost instantly !!! why cant we do that now ? Anyway , sorry your down , are you saying that it wont go past the green screen even if you hard reboot and
    unplug it ? And how long have you let it sit at the green screen?

    I cant get past the green screen either. I checked the XBL service status, and it says Xbox Fitness is up and running. not sure what to do, and I really hope my peak performance achievement progress wont be messed up do to this.
