XBOX WON'T LOAD GAMES

Can anyone help me! My brother told me he has been having problems getting his Xbox 360 to load any game. He says that he has to keep opening and closing the disk tray (sometimes up to 30 or 40 times) before the Xbox will read any disk. I have tried everything
I can think of to get it to work but so far nothing. The disks themselves are fine, they were clean and there was hardly a mark on any of them. His second problem is that he bought Skyrim a couple of weeks ago and tonight I gave him all 3 DLC's but when we
started the game it froze twice on the loading screen. I installed them on his HDD from my pen drive one at a time and I can't for the life of me figure out why the game wouldn't load. He ended up deleting them all and tried loading the game without them but
it didn't work. BTW! My brother doesn't have access to the internet so he doesn't have Xbox Live. I don't know if this has anything to do with it. Please help! We are out of options.

Xbox won't load games.

My Xbox one won't load games or apps. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Game won't load

I am unable to load Friday the 13th on Xbox one X. It is a digital copy and has worked fine until today. I've tried everything but nothing works. Anyone know what to do? Your advice is appreciated.

Since you mentioned that your brother's console doesn't have an Internet and not connecting to Xbox Live then there's a possibility that the reason why your games are not working or loading is because the system or the games themselves needed an update for
them to work properly.

We think his Xbox might be broken because he can't play any of his music CD's or load any game. He's talking about getting a new one.

Anytime I start a game like VRchat it's says there is an unexpected error that the game is open and when I try to play any thing on the Xbox app it won't load at times and other times it well load so slow that it won't open at all

finelly got update my game world at arms, but now Xbox won't load my game.....

Power cycling your console and soft reset should do the work. Hope it helps. If not let us know.

Try clearing cache. Put your finger on the start button of the console for 10 seconds until it goes out.
Then wait another 30 and turn it on again.
After trying this, reinstall the game.
It may work for you
