    So when I put a disc in to play it says it is taking too long to start the game and takes me back to the home page. I tried to open the store and it says that this feature is unavailable. When I check the live services it says everything is ok. When I
    tried to i stall Netflix it gets to a b out 90‰ and then the installation stops. I even tried putting in just a movie and it says this feature is unavailable. I would like to be able to use my xbox....

    Thanks for reaching out to us here on the forums with this situation. I understand you're having issues with your Microsoft Store loading up. I suggest you try a soft factory reset:

    How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One    . I recommend you try the "Keep My Games & Apps" option. Let us know with a reply if this helps.

    Note: you will need your Microsoft Account Email and Password to recover your accounts after the reset.

    Hi, I had to use the reset console option located in the System section of Settings. There is an option to reset console but keep games and saves etc. After going through the reset all my games and things were still there and it seemed to resolve the problem.
