xbox wont load games at all and it keeps freezing and crashing when i do

Sometimes, when games don't load at all or keeps freezing, even after a soft reset or even a factory reset, the issue could be on the HDD or SSD of your console Jay.

But, what you could also try to do before assuming that hardware issue is the case here, is an offline update on your console:

In the link above go to the tab: "Download OSU1 System Offline Update File"

If your console is the Original Xbox One:

Important! For Build 6.2.9781.0, use the OSU3 Offline System Update file. For all other builds, use the OSU2 file.

Go to the tab: "Download offline update file from OSU2 or OSU3 system"

KI crashes all the time now. I played four matches tonight and EVERY one of them crashed. KI keeps freezing up and sometimes it doesn't even load when I relaunch it. I hard booted by Xbox One and it worked for all of five minutes and then crashed again.
Thank goodness Destiny beta is coming soon. This is the pits.

If it loads me into world it freezes then crashes if it doesn’t load me in all the way it crashes also but I don’t get any error codes and I have reinstalled the game also.

ive done all these before unfortunately- the game doesn't crash or freeze, it just starts loading when I click play, then goes back to the main menu.
