Xbox wont load games (0x803f9006)

It keeps giving me the you do not own this game/the person who bought this needs to sign in it was bought on my account this is the second time its done this last time i had to wait like 6 hours for it to go back to normal ive tried restarting it multiple times nothing has worked

What do i do?

Solution 1:

You can also hard reset the Xbox console and its cache. Here is how to do so:

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Solution 2:

Go to your Xbox settings, in the general tab click network and internet settings>advanced options>alternative mac address and click clean, restart your console after that.

If the issue persists, try to remove your profile, then turn off the console and remove the power cord; wait for 1 to 2 minutes before plugging it back in and turn on the console and sign in!

If the issue persists, I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.
