    Xbox won’t load anything


    I was unable to access online services all day on my games, wifi is fine completley as its working on my phone and pc, ive tried reset on my xbox, and clear cache and also powering it off and unplugging it nothing has helped this and now i cant add my
    microsoft account i keep getting a grey screen with a green circle for 2 min or so then it disapeers and prompts me to add account again

    just to be sure can you do a full factory reset of the console and see how it behaves afterwards.

    If the issue keeps happening even after this factory reset then it's best to contact Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat to see if they have any other steps to try. It might be the case that they will advise a repair.

    warranties and repair    . Let should allow you to set up a repair and it will also allow you to check if there is a warranty in place. In the US there is a one year warranty.
