Xbox Won’t let my buddy sign into his Xbox insider app (won’t load past sign in)

    Xbox Won’t let my buddy sign into his Xbox insider app (won’t load past sign in)


    He’s trying to sign into his insider app and when he goes to go sign in it loads and never goes to the next screen.

    Has anybody else had this problem? I’m trying to get him to sign up so that he can play crossfire with me. Any tips?

    Microsoft account doesn’t exist but it does

    Ok so I can login on the Microsoft home page and Xbox but if I go to the Xbox app on computer it won’t let me sign in same if I go into Minecraft the game it won’t let me sign in also sorry for the late reply

    I’m having the same issue as well. When I try and sign in (even if it lets me complete the process) the window will just close and I still won’t be signed in. Tried on my phone and was able to sign in (my Xbox even said sign in successful) yet still wasn’t signed in.

    Hello,

    Thank you for the speedy reply. When the series x gets turned off, when turning it back on, it won’t let me play games online. The network connection is working and connected however I still have to reset the Xbox. My son plays fornite and when he try’s to start the game it keeps asking for a sign in then looks like it will load and then asks for a sign in again. Have also tried playing vanguard and still won’t work. The only fix I have found was to reset the machine and it will load all games but it’s a real pain. The Xbox is only 2 months old! Any help will be appreciated.
