Xbox won't let me sign in or any options or click any options on the left.

My friend and I were having issues with the GTA V online lobby, so we both reset our Xbox,

His wound up working, but mine won't let me sign in at all, or even click any options to sign in, settings, friends, etc.

I've already tried regular resetting, a few hard resets, unplugging, and all of that.

The error code I'm getting is 0x8000000b, if that helps.

I tried contacting their support, through twitter but they said I would have to contact Xbox support through the website, but I guess it's too late in the evening,

Controller Issue

I have two xbox controllers. One works fine. The other when I sign in automatically scrolls right to the store option and wont go left (towards home). It will let me go down from store and will then let me go left and right!? It also wont let me select any
of the tiles? Any ideas...?

 

Xbox Live wont let me sign in

Xbox one won't let me sign in at all on any profiles at all and it doesn't pop up any errors and when I click on my account to sign in it won't do anything it just goes back to the home and won't sign in.

 

so , you did a hard reset and still nothing , and you can not go into settings and select factory restore , is that correct ? If so , ill give you a link for the tool to restore but you will need a 4 gig usb stick to boot it from , just follow all the format
instructions ... the one you would need will say "If the console is experiencing an issue that would require you to Restore Factory Defaults after a system update, but you're unable to access the Settings hub, use this file."....hope this helps , I know no
other way if a hard reset wont jar it lose and you cant select anything...
