Xbox won't let me sign in or add new profiles

i tried it and didnt work. Also took xbox to a friend’s house to use their network. Did not work. We also used our cell phones as hotspots and did not work.

Check your network connection. You may need to power cycle your network hardware to reestablish a connection to your ISP and then XBLive.

I am playing on Xbox one it won't let me sign into my profile so I removed it now it won't let me download it

I just bought my son a new Xbox but it won't let me add an account profile. It pops up and does the loading swirl but just goes back to the add account page. No matter which way I try to sign in it just won't let me. I've factory reset it. I've
power cycled it. I've done everything that I found it said to do.

He conseguido solucionarlo desactivando el firewall interno del router y abriendo los puertos. Espero sirva en tu caso.
