Xbox won’t let me sign in. I’ve rebooted and reset TONS of times

Im curious on something similar but more dramatic, i woke up & started playing on my most active account (i have 3 acc) & i take a 2hour break & turn my consel back on & its asking me the questions you would get asked when making a new account but i cant
wipe it from the page & simply delete it, you have to fill it all in, so in the midst of it all it ask for my email & password, i give it to them but its not processing so then i give the password to my less active account & NOW it logs me in. BUT wheres my
original account!? I dont see it its nowhere to me found, also my brothers acc is gone. All im left with is an old acc that has 0G in all games, but here's the confusing part....

I go to "find someone" search my other acc name & it still exist. BUT WHY ISN'T IT ON MY XB PAGE & whats going on? Im only typing it here cause xb stupid robot doesn't help & all the tech charge $ to speak on a phone without guarantee of success & the real
xb supporters are closed atm Theyre hours: 9-5pm But its 10pm right now. SOMEONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND what on earth is happening. Preferably you xbox tech ppl (that most likely did this)

By the way the only reason i say "most active acc" alot is because i know in 2019 September you guys stated you are going to mass delete profiles with 2yrs of innactivity. But my other profile never missed more than 2 days of all its life, while THIS profile
YOU guys left me with hasn't been touch since ... I dont even know, THAT'S HOW LONG

Try restarting completely, hold the xbox button to activate the logo for 10 seconds or more, until it turns back on, if it still doesn't work try to remove the account and try again

are you able to sign into your account on xbox support website? If so, try restarting xbox (full restart, not just turn off) and see if that helps. if this does not work, try removing the profile and re adding it.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Another avenue you can try is deleting your Xbox profile from your system and then relogging into it again. Be sure that your game saves have been uploaded to the cloud before removing your profile though
if you can. Doing this should remedy the issue. Otherwise, you can always check out www.xbox.com/support for any other troubleshooting issues.

Try removing profile completely and reload it in save all data before!
