hi! i’ve been using ultimate for around a year now, with the same card, and this has never happened to me. my card is on, i have enough money but when i try to pay for ultimate it tells me

I had a free trial of Ultimate I think. So if I renew my ultimate I won’t have to pay for 12 months then?

Yea it won’t let me purchase it inside the game it just tells me to go to that website to pay for it but I can’t

I think I must have faced the same issue over here too my mw2 game won’t let me play online multiplayer and it’s prompting to buy Xbox live gold or game pass ultimate too
