Xbox wont let me open/play anything

same problem and the same error code....cannot access any game or application, even youtube app send me back with the 0x87de0017. there is an alert on xbox live, said about the problems with Purchase and Content Usage, but gaming is "up and running"

AOE online launcher wont work, it opens, but wont let me press "play"

any ideas??

validation charges are held by your bank and do not goto ms at all

it is upto your bank when they return charges it can 2-7 business days but most of the time its instant

this has me so irritated I pay monthly for this type of crap not to happen. Fix this before my janky XbOne goes out the window.

I have one profile working and one not on same game and connection with the same content. Suprisingly enough the profile that can make purchases still works

 

Same problem with Mortal Kombat X , cannot play

 

Yeah same here. I am getting that code as well as it telling me I am not connected to xbox live, even though I clearly am. Finished installing ESO like an hour ago....cant even try it now

 

Lol it takes nva 2k15 10 mins to log in so i can play and that is with disc. No games i have downliaded are playable. That includes netflis and hulu as well. I fell ta this sucks right now

 

Same issue, no games or apps will launch. I think it has to do with the preview program update

 

I have the same thing going on... It says Xbox has issues and won't load meh games /:

Live is working otherwise just nothing useful ...

 

Uninstalled the game that wasn't working, did a hard restart, re-installed content and the desired game is back up and running for me.
