Xbox wont let me go to home screen

I turn my xbox one on and it sends my right to the store. I can't go to the home screen and I cant log in. I've tried the cold reboot and turning it on and off a bunch as well. It just allows me into the story nothing else, please help!

Xbox One Controller

Hey I have a problem with my Xbox. Whenever I double tap the home button it wont work. Also when I try and hold the home button it wont bring up the shut down restart or report a problem screen. Also when I am in an app or game, it wont let me go to the
home when I tap the home button. Please help me

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

Does anybody know what's going on with the xbox ones right now, I'm seeing everone else is having the same issue, I was on mine last night and had no issues turned it on just now and its signing me in then goes to the home screen and instantly acts as if
it trying to load a game or something but goes to a solid black screen and wont let me move around on the home tab on the side tab. But it's not freezing exactly. I left my home tab up and it completed a games update.

It just usually stays on the green screen with the xbox one logo on screen and sometimes (rarely) it goes to the home screen but will not let me do much of anything, not even go to settings!
