Xbox won't let me get all of my points.

I totally understand that you want to sign into your Xbox account. Just a reminder, we are not able to double check your account here deeper and check for possible issue since we do not have the option to. No worries, we do have some effective troubleshooting steps here that could fix the issue.

There are a few things we can try to troubleshoot the issue.



First, please make sure that your Xbox is connected to the internet and that your internet connection is stable. You can try resetting your router or modem to see if that helps.



If that doesn't work, please try clearing the cache on your Xbox. To do this, go to Settings > System > Storage > Clear local saved games. This will clear the cache on your Xbox and may help resolve the issue.



If you're still unable to sign in, please try resetting your Xbox to its factory settings. To do this, go to Settings > System > Console info > Reset console > Reset and keep my games & apps. This will reset your Xbox to its default settings but will keep your games and apps installed.

also having this problem, but it allowed me to buy 500 microsoft points twice so I now have 1000 ms points but it won't let me do it a third? and all my bank information is fine :s

I have tried this, when I go to confirm the gamer tag the button is greyed out and nothing happens.
