Xbox wont let me do anything....

I have been having a problem with connecting to xbox live so i followed all your standard steps of doing the tests in network.... With no success to my never ending struggle.... I then proceeded to removing my account and now the
[Mod Removed - inappropriate] thing wont let me re-add my account.... It just hangs and then kicks me back to the add function..... I have tried to reset the whole concole without loosing my data that is on the xbox but it wont let me do that
without deleting everything which makes me more frustrated as i am going to have to do over 200gigs of updates and not to mention the fact that i would then have to re-add all my other infor.... I have tried contacting over the support feed to have the same
things sent to me for trouble shooting... Over and over and over... This is really becoming a hastle as it has been a ongoing issue for 3 days in a row.... There are no system updates that the xbox needs so what is the issue.... My internet is working perfectly
as it keeps telling me that everything is good and my nat type is also fine as it is in a open status which is what it requires.....

The only other suggestion I may have for you is to do a hard reset on your console. Hold the lit up x icon on the front of your console unroll the console shuts down give it a few seconds and turn your console back on and you should get the green startup
screen. Let it go through the motions of starting back up and see if that fixes your problem. Please let us know if any of this has helped you.

Thank you for posting on Xbox Forums. In regards to this issue, have you tried to restart your router for five minutes? You will need to unplug the router for five minutes and then plug it back in. After which you will need to
Power Cycle the console and then test the network connection. Rebooting your router might solve any network issues the console might
be experiencing. If rebooting the router does not work you will have to
Reset the Console to Factory Defaults to try and resolve this issue.

yeah it wont do anything with the usb and it wont let me click the option for the usb update

validation charges are held by your bank and do not goto ms at all

it is upto your bank when they return charges it can 2-7 business days but most of the time its instant

You can't use currency from a region that you are not physically in so if you are in the U.S. you wont be able to use currency from Canada.
