xbox wont let me connect to parties or games

Hi, so if anyone reads my previous posts you will see lately I have had huge problems with connecting online.

But finally!! Last night I finally figured out how to make me stay online, by turning of the DMZ.

But this has left me with a problem, I can't connect to any games online or connect to a party with my friends. I have an open NAT, but still it doesn't work. Any help on any settings in the router or any other info would be greatly appreciated.

I have a Netgear D6300, so from what i have read online, you can't port forward with this router.

I have also tried setting a static IP for my xbox, and then setting that as the DMZ, but this just makes my whole household have no internet.

Open NAT Type, Still Can't Connect to certian friends.

Hi xbox forums, i have this problem where my NAT type is open but i still can't connect to some friends' parties or game. We both have open NAT types but it still wont let me connect. I've tried everything and nothing helped. IDK WHAT TO DO! If someone could
PLEASE help me that would be amazing.

Hi, I stead of fixing it in the router, leave the DHCP server on and give the xbox an static IP.

Now to do that the best way, count all your devices who are connecting the internet, wired as well all the wireless.

For example: The DHCP begins with 192.168.1.65 and end with 192.168.1.255. As you count all of your equipment, i doubt there are 100 of it, so you can give the xbox a 192.168.1.136 (that last one always above 100 for maybe family or friends who also using
wifi with their devices.) then DMZ 192.168.1.136. If it makes any difference, enable uPnP also. (could be important, because with mine it does..)

Can you access the web-utility interface of your router and go to ADVANCED > Setup > Wan Setup and make sure NAT Filtering is set to Open.
