Xbox won't let me buy a game, Please Help

Hi, I got a $30 gift card to use on my Xbox to buy a game. I put the codes in and got my $30 and everything worked perfectly up until I went to buy the game (Black ops 2). Every time I click on continue, I get a message saying "You have no valid payment
options on file." I don't know what to do and I can't use a credit card, that is the reason I bought the gift cards. Can anyone help me?

Please help it won't let me buy a game I won't and my bank account has way more than the minimum reqiured to buy it

Why won't my xbox let me buy stuff with microsoft points its teeling me to pay money and it will not let me change the metthod to microsoft points please help me

So if I go on a 360 and buy the game, your saying it won't ask for a credit card?

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for clarity when it comes to purchasing this game. I can totally understand any confusion felt during this experience. This is more than likely because the game itself has been delisted from the Microsoft/Xbox store.
At the time, the all Telltale games are only available on disc. If you would like to play any of those games, you would have to get a hard copy.
