    Xbox won't let me add my account back.


    So today I was just playing on the Xbox like any other day and I got off for a little bit. A few hours later I get back on and It won't let me sign back into my account.
    So I tried to look up the issue on youtube and I rebooted and restarted my xbox but the same problem was still OCCURING, at this point I was getting a little bit irritated so I went to microsoft help and I saw people had the same problems as me. The microsoft
    workers said to then do a Factory Reset on my whole xbox, so I did. I thought the problem would be resolved after I reset my whole xbox but when I clicked add new to sign back into my account a circle would just pop up for about 10 seconds and then it would
    just send me back to the home page. I CAN'T FIX THIS. Now I don't have any accounts and I have nothing left. I have tried every method possible and It's STILL NOT WORKING. only if you guys could give me a new xbox. If this problem can't be fixed then I might
    just switch platforms Xbox won't let me add my account back. :(. PLEASE HELP ME!

    Have you tried adding a new account, just as a test? I would also recommend that you connect your xbox via ethernet cable because it may be a problem of signal reception by wifi
