Xbox won't let Add Account or to sign in

Xbox has not been able to sign in to my account. At first it was only once in a while, but after a few days it was all of the time.

I powered down the Xbox and the modem - did not help.

Also did a Factory Reset (keep games and apps) - did not help.

Because I did a Reset, I need to Add Account to sign in.

When I try to Add Account, it tries for a few seconds and then returns to the Add Account page as if nothing happened.

When I test the internet connections it says it's perfectly connected.

Any suggestions?

Did the full and complete reset.

Sadly, it did not help.

Machine connects to internet perfectly but still doesn't let me Add Account to Sign In.

Been trying to avoid that...

I did the Reset with keeping games and apps which did not help. I understand that a full reset might be the only option, but is there anything else left to try before going that drastic route?

You are most welcome! Please try to perform a factory reset with the option to remove everything and let me know if you manage to sign in.

I would suggest performing a full reset. If that doesn't work, I would suggest that you get your console checked by Microsoft.
