    Xbox won't launch games or apps


    I've been having problems with my Xbox so I factory reset it but kept my games and apps. The first time I did this, I was not able to sign in to my account so I did it again and set up my Xbox through the app instead so I could have my account on there. Now, any time I click on any game or app, it tells me it will take a moment to start and then I get error code 0x800705b4. I've tried hard resetting, normal resets, everything and this is still happening. Super frustrating and don't know what to do at this point.

    Edit: I also can't install anything

    Xbox app/Halo Master Chief Collection

    A lot of people are having this issue, it won't launch from the Xbox (Beta) app, but it launches perfectly fine from both the Xbox Console Companion app, and from the Start menu itself. It's an extra step needed to launch the game, but that should help
    you get into the game until they resolve the issue with the app.

    My game did, however if you go into My games and apps on the Xbox and check in the updates section there. Also if you launch Forza and it requires an update the game won't launch but will then start the update.

    If you have an external hard drive connected to the console, turn off your console then disconnect the external hard drive. Turn on your console without it and see if it works fine.

    Having the same issue.. Launching No Mans Sky through the Xbox (beta) app redirects me to 'Gaming Services' in the Microsoft Store which says that it's installed. Have tried uninstalling both with no joy. It has launched before from the Xbox app, but won't
