    Xbox Won't Install or Uninstall Games


    Hi everyone. Earlier today i went to jump onto Battlefield 5 and it kept freezing on the loading screen. I thought this was the games problem to i uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Went out for 5 hours to let it download but when i came back home
    it was still on 0.0%. So i tried to cancel the download. I've tried cancelling and wiping the queue clean but it's not disappearing. So now its constantly installing but never making progress. Anything else i add to download queue won't download either. Can
    anyone help?

    Okay before I lost my mind I figured that easy part out. Do the soft reset on your Xbox. Hold down the power while it's on for 10 seconds; then unplug it for 5 minutes is suggested I went and had a hoot. Calmed down and now I booted it back up just to
    be safe held the power button down another ten. It didn't turn on then so i had to press it once more. But the installs are back to working. Now just waiting to see if my data is corrupted when I launch

    Not 100% sure but your save data won't be erased if you uninstall the game and then re-install it.
