Xbox wont install certain game

Ive been trying to install my fifa 19 but it always stops at 14%. Ive tried the hard reset and the offline and the clear local save data none of it has worked. I went to see if it was on all my games but no it wasent. It was able to download mortal kombat
all the way and quantum break. So then I tried My fifa 18 it was going well then it stopped at 46 percent. Can some one please tell me how to fix it.

Hello IsmielleJhon,

Thank you for keeping us updated. The issue may be with the disc itself. This is because the console does not complete the installation while it is offline, and there are other games that are able to be installed completely. We suggest running a few tests
in order to check if the disc is the cause of the issue. You can try installing the game on a different console, or install a different copy of the game on your console. Be sure to let us know the results!

The game is on disk and I have done the offline mode and it still has stopped

Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. Are you trying to install the digital version of the game, or the disc version? Do you get any sort of error codes or messages?

If its on disc, you should try going into offline mode and then inserting the disc for installation. This helps most issues with disc-based installations.

[/quote]original xbox games (from disc) cannot be installed to an internal (4gb) memory unit on the S console because it doesn't have a certain partition that is required for the update to be installed on. Same goes for buying certain aftermarket hard drives
(such as one from amazon.com usually sells for around $50). i bought one and thats what happens, wont install the update to the hard drive

but i dont play original xbox games from disc anyways so its not a problem for me.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem. Before we try any different solutions, please make sure your windows are updated to the latest version, in this case I mean windows 10 version 21h1.

If it is not up to date, please update by following the instructions below.

Select the Start button and then go to Settings > Update and Security > Windows Update.

- If updating the system does not solve the problem, I suggest you try the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Open RegEdit as an administrator and delete the following Services:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServices]

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\GamingServicesNet]

PC reboot

Install gaming service like you would normally

Solution 2:

Go to Windows settings

Applications

Applications and Features

Look for Gaming Services

Click on it

Advanced options

Tap repair

- If it doesn't work, try the alternative below.

Download the Create Windows 10 installation media application from the link below, at the end of the download run the application, and then follow the instructions given by the program at the end click on upgrade. Rest assured none of your files will be lost, this is a system restore that will try to fix this error.
