Xbox won't give me money

so from the beginning of April or around April I think 14th I had 30 plus thousand my Xbox Live Rewards and I expected them on April 30th they didn't arrive then today I expected them they didn't arrive and someone help me and tell me why I didn't get my
30 plus dollars I know once you get a dollar you could request it cuz in the past I've got a dollar sooner than the 15th or the 30th now I have 30 plus thousand points so there is no request button anymore because they're getting rid of Xbox Live but I still
didn't get my points ,currency on the 30th of April or the 15th of May of this year can someone tell me when they think I'll get it thank you very much I appreciate your time and opinion

Your public profile might be locked down, however I do not see any Forza activity on there. Could you have been playing on another account? If so, could you please post back on that account? Additionally, please send me an Xbox Live message with any reference
numbers from your support contacts so that we can dig into this further. You can do that by hitting the Message link at the bottom of my post. We'll be able to start from there!

Forza 6 won't give me my money

ive been dealing with this for over a month, I've called customer support 5 times and they did nothing, first I won 1,500,000 in a prize spin and 330,000, 550,000, then 1,800,000 and it never gave me a dime of any of my winnings. Please help me with this,
my patience is really dwindling at this point. I've deleted and reinstalled the game, power cycled the console, deleted and reinstalled my account and wiped my hard drive while backing up the data. Nothing worked.

I had a feeling I put it in the wrong area but can you please tell me how step-by-step I get there cuz I'm looking and I do not I see support in discussions but I can't click on support if you can show me or tell me exactly what to do I would be very grateful

At the top of the forums click "Create a new post". Fill in your post title. There is a drop down menu for Forums. Change it to Xbox Rewards. Then change the Category to Xbox Live Rewards Questions.

Underneath those options is "Type". Change that to support. Then fill in your message and click Publish.
