Xbox wont get message about preview program

Discus and support Xbox wont get message about preview program in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; Ive been invited many times but on xbox support they have said i have not and so at this point i dont really know what to do.     Xbox wont get message about preview program


    Ive been invited many times but on xbox support they have said i have not and so at this point i dont really know what to do. Is it my xbox?

    My preview program invite message hasn't arrived yet.

    About 3 people have been invited me to join xbox preview program.

    But It's been a week since they do that, and I didn't receive any messages about preview program.

    Actually I got message from xbox live to join preview program, but that wasn't time that xbox one arrived in korea. So I couldn't join preview program.

    As I'm having XBOX ONE, I'm going to get in to preview program, but preview message didn't arrived to me.

    What happened? Contact chat doesn't helpful. Xbox wont get message about preview program :(

    If you haven't received any messages about it within about 72 hours then you may not have been accepted.

    If you're talking about the preview program if you're accepted you'll receive a system message on Xbox Live. If you're taking about the New Xbox Experience then you must already be in the preview program. These updates will roll out in phases based on your
    participation in the preview program. Unfortunately no one on the forums will be able to assist you in either scenario.

    The Xbox 360 and Xbox One preview programs are separate... being in one doesn't guarantee access to the other. To get into the Xbox One preview program, you'll need to be invited by a friend who is already in the program, and then be accepted by Microsoft
    (you'll get a message from Xbox Live with a link to download the Preview Dashboard app).
