    Xbox won't function properly, even after formatting and multiple resets


    So basically I've been having this problem where, 50% of the time i turn my xbox on, it says "Connect to xbox live" and when i check my xbox settings, it says "NAT type: Open "Service info is unavailable", and it has been really annoying to restart a couple
    of times to make it work, but it evolved into an even bigger problem, 75% of the time i turn my xbox on, it says the same thing, and whenever i open any games, it cant log on to my account and is just stuck on the loading screen, so i decided to reset my xbox,
    "reset and keep all my games and apps", which in doing so, logged me out, firstly, it didn't fix the first problem, it still says "connect to xbox live" 75% of the time, it also made a new problem, now whenever I try to log into my account by clicking "Add
    new" it gets stuck in the loading screen for 2-3 minutes, then it just stops and sends me to the home screen, ive been dealing with the problem for around 2 days and even after formatting the xbox completely (resetting and removing all my games and apps) I
    haven't been able to use my xbox at all in these two days.

    As previously stated it's probably going to need to be formatted on a computer also check the cable and make sure that it functions properly
