Xbox won't finish update and games disappeared

Same thing is happening to me. I've noticed that there is a update for the Xbox one store and when I try and download it,the update will reach 98 percent and then disappear without finishing.

Game updates seem to always disappear if you don't finish them and turn off your console. They will always be there you just have to launch the game and it will resume downloading. Which means going to the xbox store, clicking on the game if you pinned
it to the dashboard or going through my games and apps to find them.

When doing an update it will be replacing code sections of the game so once it has started it can't really be stopped. The game won't be complete until the update finishes.

Games come with the minimum required firmware included on the disc. If your console won't install the update then you're finished using the console.

To see if that will help anything, However, if the issue persist. I believe your console will need reset in order to refresh the system.
