    Xbox won't even turn on. AC brick problem?


    The other day, my first-gen Xbox One (the big one, not the S or X) randomly turned off. I tried to turn it on, but it would turn off about a half second later. Whenever It turned itself off, there would be a little sputter sound (I don't know how to describe
    it) from the internals of the Xbox. (NOTE: The AV brick thing was appearing orange, and the noise could have come from the AV brick, since it was behind the Xbox.) I let it be overnight, hoping it would solve itself. The next day, the AV brick wasn't on, even
    though it was plugged into an outlet. I would unplug it, put it back in, and wait. It would go from a quick orange, to a quick white, then to off. IDK what to do, if it's internal to the Xbox or if it's the AV brick itself. If someone could
    tell me what the problem is, and maybe a solution, that would be great. : )

    Power ac adaptor xbox 360 slim

    Hey my console keeps randomly turning off about once every hour and the light on my ac power brick turns red. I feel the brick when this happens and it is always very hot. all of the ventilation holes are not blocked and the power brick is not crowded what
    so ever. I even have a wall outlet ac unit pointing directly at the console and power brick. this happens everytime i get on my xbox 360 and it started 3 days ago. please help.

    UK xbox in US?

    I purchased a VT-100UK AC-AC converter for my UK xbox to play in the US but it still won't turn on. Any ideas?

    Blinking orange light on my Xbox one and tried everything! Help me please!!!

    I have a similar issue with my xbox 360. the light is on the power brick. tried reconnecting to different outlets, even bought a new power brick. the light is still red and the xbox system won't turn on. Thanks for any help you can provide.

    make sure xbox one is set to your home xbox if it s digital.hold power button for 5 seconds until it turns off wait for lights on ac brick to turn off unplug the brick wait till lights go off solid black. then wait 5 min. then plug back in .try.that don't

    I'm having a similar problem, except my xbox won't even start. It's lights up, then the AC converter light goes red and it shuts off before it can even open the home screen.

    It is quite strange since the device keeps turning on. Normally if the power brick was the problem the console would not even turn on but you say the led does not go off even after the cosole shuts down. Would you be able to make a test with a friend´s power brick?
