XBOX wont even show up on my TV

About an hour and half ago my son was playing online and didn't have any issues. I'm trying to get back on it and it wont even show up on my tv. whats going on. please let me know what to resolve this issue. I have already tried to reset my internet and
xbox by hard disconnect and reset. nothing is working. my internet is fine as I am writing this now on my computer. keeps giving me an error. saying you need this update and cant get it right now. or something.

There was an issue earlier that has now been resolved. If still not working try performing a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 8 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from
the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug the power cord back in and restart the console.

Sorry to hear you are running into this problem with the Black screen. There was an Active Service Alert regarding our Xbox Live Core Services which was affecting many users.

This service seems to have been resolved already, if you are continuing to experience this then go ahead and

Physically Power Cycle your Xbox One and then give it another try.

If this still does not resolve the issue then go ahead and take a look at "Display troubleshooter appears during Xbox One console setup" for more
troubleshooting for these problems.

no mine isnt resolved i tried putting out the hdmi that didnt work switiching was out too now my tv wont even pick up the hdmi to my xbox one

all of my movies, music and tv shows from my zune acct are missing. Not even showing up

My xbox has been experiencing these issues for a while now it wont show my xbox friends and when i search up their profile it says their offline it doesnt even show my friends list at all only xbox app it will and when i go on my second account it shows
my friends list but now it will show everyone offline and wont let me hear them this is the second time this has happened and i just hope microsoft can fix this and my friends list not showing problem
