it 3 times>Back
to Settings>Network>Advanced Settings>Alternate MAC
Address>Clear>And
then reboot console

I recommend doing some network tests to get an idea about your network statistics. Go into your Network settings and select the options to Test network connection, Test multiplayer connection, and Detailed network statistics test.

maybe there is an issue with your ISP.

Have you tried doing a hard reset of your router/modem just to make sure there's nothing weird going on there?
