Xbox wont display picture

Discus and support Xbox wont display picture in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so i was playing GTA and my game froze (game downloaded on system from store) so as most would do I quit the game overall and was sent back to dash...     Xbox wont display picture


    so i was playing GTA and my game froze (game downloaded on system from store) so as most would do I quit the game overall and was sent back to dash board then xbox wouldn't load the game because it was taking to long to load, so I turned off my console and
    after I went to turn it back on my xbox turns on but I receive no signal message on my tv and it doesn't turn my tv on when it turns on either also my controller will not sync or turn on the xbox and I tried 3 different HDMI cables I've tried all troubleshooting
    tips on the Microsoft page have any idea what could be going on

    Xbox one s wont display all pictures

    my Xbox one s wont display all pictures on home screen and the other pages on such a store and community also the account pictures won't show up so my Lyon is just a random one as I cannot see the picture of what I am choosing.

    I've got the same issue just happened with GTA on disc. Did you get any response?

    Hey there,

    Sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox One console not starting up properly. We do have a guide for this though that can help with either Blank Screens or Error Codes. Give it a shot and see if it helps!

    I tried all these solutions. None worked though I did get it to a troubleshooting screen with options for restart, turn off, reset Xbox. Tried the pick the reset but the screen just stayed on this screen and froze. Checked this online and the only other
    option was to select a repair for £100 which I've had to pick as it's my sons means of communication with the outside world due to illness.

    What's concerning is that it was the same game - GTA - that made both consoles, on this thread, crash. This game was recently updated as I understand. I hope that it wasn't due to a game that the console crashed as it may happen again.

    I tried this my xbox did come on to a screen with continue factory reset usb update, I ran the usb update and it didn't fix the issue xbox still freezing up after a while of gameplay and then not turning back on till I repeat this process a couple times

    It sounds like there could be a hardware issue going on and a repair may be the best solution if it's happening in all games. If you contact our chat/phone teams they can look into the warranty status.

    You can contact Official Xbox Support through either the live chat option (if available) or phone team
    HERE. They can also try other troubleshooting options with you.

    I tried this my xbox did come on to a screen with continue factory reset usb update, I ran the usb update and it didn't fix the issue xbox still freezing up after a while of gameplay and then not turning back on till I repeat this process a couple times
