    Xbox won’t display anything


    I was trying to change my mac address cause i am at a hotel i changed it then it told me to restart my xbox i did that now my xbox will not display anything besides the xbox logo when it atarts up and i cant get to the settings the only thing i can use with my controller is if i hold the middle button it gives me a few options but it wont do anything if i select them

    If you have tried different HDMI cables and the steps in Troubleshooter for blank screen
    ,it sounds like you need to

    Request a repair

    If none of these solutions resolved the problem, your console may need to be serviced. Go to
    Device Services to submit a repair request.

    Xbox Is Not Displaying Anything

    You can try an offline update using a USB flash drive. The instructions for that are here

    If you can't factory reset it you can still send the console off for repairs.

    I got to display in port 2 by changing the output to solely hdmi not auto but it still says it won’t display 4k
