XBox won't connect

Trying to use our XBox one s since Sunday and it keeps showing the same message:-

Apologies, our service isn't working properly at the moment, To check XBox live status go to (then it shows a web address).

We have looked at this and all seems to be in order.

Please help with what this means and what we need to do to start the XBox working again.

go to >> Console >> Wi-Fi Connecties >> Test Wi-Fi connection

Please leave a Error Code Here

And maybe you have to restart your router or your LAN is set-up wrong

My xbox won't connect to the internet for two days. Tried everything and it won't work.

 

try power cycling the console by holding down it's powerbutton for 10 seconds.

Also reboot your modem/router.

I would try some of the troubleshooting steps such as hard resetting your system, disconnecting it from power for 30 seconds, signing out of your profile, and removing & adding your profile back to you system.

Best thing to do is a hard reset as the others have suggested

As stated before the first thing to try is a powercycle, however, if after doing the

Powercycle the issue persists then the next step would be to clear the Network Card Cache (alternate MAC address) because if that cache is full it causes this type of errors:

To clear the MAC address;

Settings

Network

Network Settings

Advanced Settings

Alternate MAC Address

Clear and restart
