Xbox won't connect to Xbox Live on start up, getting teredo message

So this morning I came to turn on the One X (love it btw) and I see that it didn't automatically connect as usual, so I ran a test. I got something that says "xbox.com/xboxone/teredo" try going to this website and I get a general multiplayer test tutorial.
I have honestly gotten this error message quite often and just merely restarting the Xbox doesn't fix it, I have to do a full restart on my Xbox and also restarting my modem and router which is a complete hassle each time (this happens at least 3 times a week).
Is there a known reason for this error? or is something supposed to turned on or off to negate having this happen in the future? Any help would be appreciated.

Also when this error occurs and I can't connect to Xbox live, my two PC's, phones and tablets are connected to the internet and run perfectly fine while this error is up and before I restart everything.

Blu-ray requires Internet connection?

Im getting a message stating:

"Please connect to xbox live

To start blu-ray your xbox needs to be connected to xbox live check your connection in settings

0x80072ee7"

Chat will not work error

cannot get windows 10 xbox app to allow chat, get network error message i get 0x89231806 error, under network get connection connected, xb live ser up and running, teredo address obtained but still connot connect to a chat

For the Teredo error you would want to follow all of the steps on the
Teredo guide.

Usually this indicates an issue with the IP for the router or modem settings and contacting your ISP can also help resolve the issue.

I am having the same problem right now. Wired as well and no error message when I do the Xbox live Connection Test. Although, when I first start up my console, It won't connect me to live. I have to test the connection first(Works on the first try everytime)
then it will let me sign into Live

But don't you receive a Teredo unable to qualify message on your network test? Would you please share your connection test (inside the Xbox Console Companion app) with the Xbox Live servers?

When I first switch my xbox on it takes a while to load up and i get a Can't Sign In msg. I get the same message if i then select connect to live from the guide button. I have run a connection test on both wired and wireless and the both connect to the internet
but won't connect to Live.

please start up the xbox app and go settings > network. If it shows that you are connectet to the internet but cannot connect to xbox live or it says something like teredo blocked/unavailable you need to fix this by following the steps in this article: http://support.xbox.com/en-GB/xbox-on-windows/social/troubleshoot-party-chat
