Xbox wont connect to xbl possible insider content issue.

Hello, whenever I turn my xbox on it signs my profile in but does not connect to my wifi. When I disconnect and re add my connection it does not connect and says to unplug it for 30 seconds before re connecting, it doesnt work. After pressing continue it
gives me the error code "0x0000000002000000" which didn't pull up any support options when searched under support codes. I also tried unplugging my xbox already. Please help, thanks.

AT&T U Verse Question

It probably wont help. I have internet/tv here, but still cannot connect to xbl. It is an MTU issue.

i have at&t also and mine wont let me connect everything else in my house will connect except my xbox ont the xbl trouble shoot my network wont connect to the internet. is this the same problem? what is a MTU error?

I was selected for the latest xbox insider update as well and I think thats what the problem is.

To attempt to fix your issue, I can advise you attempt to connect your console to the internet via an ethernet (wired) connection.

Is this something that is affecting all virgin customers as i can sign in but xbl content is not available n when i go to dl an update for a game it wont go regardless of what i try... is this still a virgin issue or is it now an xbox issue with the market
place stuff not being available??
