Xbox Won’t Connect To Tv Nor Controller

So, i was just playing then out of nowhere my xbox crashes, i turn it off and since then it has not worked.

i have tried:

Diffrent Tv

diffrent hdmi

power cycle

let it sit unpowered for a hour

tried the ‘low res setting’

any other suggestions?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums for advice on how to deal with this kind of problem. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging happening out of the blue. If it's not connecting anything you might want to try a
soft factory reset (the kind denoted reset and keep my games & apps).
If you are unable to do it the conventional way, try following the steps here on Troubleshoot system updates on Xbox One and/or
maybe try an
offline system update. .

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

If the power cycle didn't help it could also be the sync or cords are damaged or worn.

Have you tried physically power cycling the console? You can do so by holding the power button on the console down for 10 seconds. The next time it boots, it should show the green boot-up animation.
