Xbox wont connect to the WiFi even though Bell says it's connected

I have an Xbox 360 Slim and a Bell Connection Hub modem. My Xbox 360 says there's a problem with my IP and it won't allow me to connect to my WiFi. My WiFi is working fine on all my other devices. I checked my Xbox's MAC address and looked for it on Bell's
Connection Hub's website. It shows up as connected and active yet the Xbox itself will not connect to the WiFi. I have already tried restarting the Connection Hub and the Xbox but neither helped. I have also reset the Xbox's network settings to factory settings
multiple times and also disconnected and reconnected to the WiFi but I'm still unable to connect. Same IP address error. It's been like this for 2 days now and it's worked perfectly before this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Xbox One online won't work

My xbox one wont connect to live even though Im connected to wifi and have three bars and have tested network connection many times it always says "its all good" but its not because Netflix wont work I cant play online and it only goes to xbox home xbox
store wont show up and no ads will show up. ive tried unplugging and nothings worked. So it says im connected and its all good but nothing will work. Any help please?

I'm sorry to hear that your Xbox is not being able to establish a connection to your Wi-Fi network.

Not only that, but I would like to ask if you notice the same behavior when trying to connect your Xbox to another Wi-Fi network, like a mobile hotspot?

Besides that, could I know if your Xbox works fine when connecting it to your router via Ethernet cable?

Nope neither has worked, i even tried it on my brothers wifi. It only works over a wired connection. The wireless will connect and itll scan for internet. But once it connects to that connection it just wont do anything else. It acts like my router isnt giving wifi even though on other things it is
