    Hi,

    For whatever reason, in the last week my Xbox has decided it hates me and will not connect to the Internet. I turn the Xbox on and it says I'm not connected to the Internet. I then try to and it says its connected wirelessly on the right hand side so I
    try to test the connection and it says I'm connected. However I'm not. I can't clear or disconnect from wireless, even when I put an Ethernet cable in the back. If I try and clear alt. Mac addresses it does nothing. I can press the button for restart at that
    point and it still won't do anything. I can't get a NAT connection, nothing. Ive tried doing a full shutdown, and restart and still nothing. Short of resetting the Xbox, I'm at a loss. Please help if you can. Cheers.

    You will need to determine the error messages you are getting from either the network connection or the multiplayer connection by doing the steps below.

    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

    Select Settings.

    Select General.

    Select Network.

    Select Network settings. Any known outages will appear in the middle of the screen.

    On the right side of the Network



    Please test both the network connection and the multiplayer connection.

    Once you have the error message, if it's a network connection error, kindly choose the one from this link, https://support.xbox.com/en-US/help/Hardware-Ne...

    This will give you a series of steps on how to sort it out.
