Xbox won't connect to my TV

This is my situation:

My xbox 1 is on and the tv is also on and set to the right HDMI. However, instead of starting the home screen, I instead get no signal. There's nothing wrong with my Tv or wifi, I think it may be a problem with the console. Another thing is that instead
of turning off if I press the logo once, every time I have to hold it for five seconds. Finally, it almost always comes back on after about half an hour of turning it off if I ever get the xbox started. Please help! It's been like this for 2 weeks already.

hi there my xbox one x won't connect to my tv it keeps saying invalid format on my tv

 

No signal from my TV to my Xbox, help needed!

My friend knocked my Xbox over while it was on and now I've connected it back up, it won't connect to my TV. I've connected another Xbox to my TV with the same HDMI cable and it connects fine and my Xbox connects fine to another TV.

I'm seriously stumped on what's going on and any help would be appreciated!

Sorry to hear about your display troubles on your Xbox One! If you haven't already please make sure to run through this Xbox
One Display Troubleshooter. Make sure to give the display reset step a try, as that can usually clear up issues like this Keep us in the loop with how it goes.

 

Unp-lug everything from your tv and only have your xbox plugged in, does it work.

Confirm the cable is good by trying it with another device.

Try each HDMI port in the tv

But first make sure your using HDMI OUT, not the IN one.
