Xbox won’t connect to HDMI

Hi, I have tried 3 different tv’s, and multiple different HDMI cables, and looked up videos on Youtube but nothing has worked yet. May 18 2020 I went on a road trip and brought my Xbox, i didnt plug it in until, May 20 2020 when i did i plugged it into
a 4k tv that just had a Xbox one x in it, i plugged in my Xbox One S and it lagged a little during the start up, but then i got an error code, i dont remember what the code was because i didnt think of it at the time to matter it said to plug in a usb for
an offline update, i dont have one. It is now May 21 2020 and we still have not resolved the issue, can anyone help?

Either the Xbox HDMI port is damaged or something else, can't really tell with hardware if I can't see it, sorry.

Unfortunately it sounds like you may have purchased a console with some fairly serious issues. If it's needing an offline update the usb option is the best one to go for. If it's not connecting via HDMI even before that then there may be at least some
cache issues (you could try a hard reset - hold power button down for 10 seconds) or some firmware issues

The console has bad connections most likely if you have changes hdmi cords and use several tvs? Replace the xbox s. Sounds like the console has some technical issues going on?

Hi there!

It's something silly but just ensure that the HDMI is plugged into the correct port. I plugged it into the wrong port when I first bought my first Xbox One and it wasn't long till I realised I made the error! Or you could have some issues with the port and
the console might need replacing. Have a look if there is a warranty for the console and if you are able to get a replacement.
