Xbox won’t connect to game servers

Every game just won’t connect, Diablo says it can’t connect to game server and PoE says Xbox live is unavailable. Gang beast says “failed to connect Please check internet.” YouTube and all other streaming services work just fine

Yeah tried both of those solutions and I’m they didn’t work.

Please try the solutions below.

Solution 1:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

Select the account that you want to remove, and then select Remove to confirm.

After removing the account follow the procedure below.

Step 1. Press and hold the Xbox button on the console for at least 10 seconds to open the Power center.

Step 2. Then unplug the power supply from your console and wait for 3 minutes.

Step 3. Plug the power supply back into the Xbox console.

Step 4. Press the Xbox button on the console to turn it on again.

Now add your account again.

Solution 2:

Press the Xbox button.

Open Settings.

Go to Network and select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC Address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart.

I have done these things and nothing has changed.

Check your account's privacy settings, and make sure your account allows you to play multiplayer games, go to the link below.

Check the settings below.

In the privacy tab check that the options, "You can communicate outside of Xbox Live with voice & text" and Others can communicate with voice, text, or invites" are set to allow.

Also, check the Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety tab, and see if the ''You can join multiplayer games'' option is set to allow.
